Director of Legal Research
As Director of Legal Research at Noskin Law Firm, Jorge supports the Firm’s attorneys through comprehensive legal research, case analysis, and the development of legal authorities relevant to the Firm’s matters.
Jorge researches statutes, regulations, case law, procedural rules, and emerging legal developments across the Firm’s practice areas. This includes analyzing complex and fact-specific legal issues, identifying controlling and persuasive authority, and assisting the Firm’s attorneys in evaluating the strengths, risks, and potential strategies associated with client matters.
Jorge also supports the preparation of motions, briefs, pleadings, demand letters, and other legal work by helping ensure that the Firm’s positions are supported by current and relevant authority. Research responsibilities extend to both litigation and advisory matters, including questions involving Texas law, federal law, and procedural issues before courts and administrative bodies.
Working closely with the Firm’s attorneys, Jorge monitors significant legal developments and helps organize research, authorities, and supporting materials for use throughout the course of a matter.
The Director of Legal Research serves an important role in the Firm’s approach to client representation: understanding the facts, identifying the applicable law, anticipating legal issues, and ensuring that important decisions are informed by careful research and analysis.
This research-focused role reflects Noskin Law Firm’s commitment to thorough preparation, thoughtful legal analysis, and effective advocacy for its clients.
