Steven Noskin brings to his legal practice an unusual combination of legal training, litigation experience, and decades of hands-on business experience.

Before practicing law, Steve built and operated businesses and became one of the early participants in the development of poured-in-place safety surfacing systems in the United States. His experience has included business ownership, operations, sales, contracts, personnel, manufacturing, and strategic decision-making.

That background provides a practical perspective when representing clients whose legal issues affect a business, property, finances, or family.

Steve represents individuals and businesses in civil and commercial litigation, contract disputes, landlord-tenant matters, family-law proceedings, probate and estate matters, and other contested proceedings. He also represents creditors in selected federal bankruptcy matters.

His approach begins with understanding what the client is actually trying to accomplish. Litigation is a tool, not an objective in itself. Where a matter can be resolved efficiently while protecting the client’s interests, Steve works toward that resolution. Where litigation is necessary, he is prepared to pursue the matter through the court process.

Clients work directly with Steve throughout their representation.
